I was diagnosed with thyroid issues in January after gaining 20 pounds last year & being so tired I had to take one or two naps a day. I started medication and my levels are now normal. I work out now nearly daily (Which I have done for years; exercise is a great stress buster!) I now need to monitor my food intake better…

Thank you for all the feedback. I am recording what I eat and wonder if I'm accurately measuring portions so I will work on that more. I also wonder if the calories I've "earned back" from exercising are valid. As for what I do, it's mainly biking and ellipical trainer since my knees aren't the greatest. I workout at least…
