Feeling Very Frustrated
For the past 10 days, I have been on a 1,400 calorie diet with daily cardio exercise, plus strength training 3x a week. I've cut down carbs a lot and only have them with protein. Nothing Seems to work
I've been trying so hard for months to move the scale downward -- I've increased fiber intake, quit drinking soda (I switched to diet, me without caffeine = not pretty), tried protein shakes, stick to 1500 or so calories -- but nothing happens. I sometimes wonder if the total calorie goal is right...I always thought people should eat about 1700 to 2000 calories a day, especially if you are active and MFP goal is 1220, which seems so low.
