Coconut water--probably the most disgusting thing I've ever had the misfortune of drinking. I don't like oatmeal either, but I eat it sometimes.

Roller derby is the best thing I've ever done for myself. Hands down. It's helped me stay conscious of my health, build a great deal of strength, and meet incredible people.

Hey! I'm a college junior now. Most of the weight I'm trying to lose, I gained at the tail end of high school and as a freshman in college. Snacking is my biggest downfall. Happy for any adds to encourage and motivate :)

Hey everybody! I'm fresh meat on a team in Cheyenne, Wyoming. We're just rec but we push really hard, and in just a few months I've gained a lot of strength and stamina :) I've decided to start working out in addition to practice with cardio and weights training.
