Diagnosed last year with lupus. I've gained a lot of weight with the meds and fatigue. I find it hard to exercise and when I do I can't keep up with my exercise buddy. It's frustrating! Would love to have some friends that understand the struggle....add me :)

I have a friend that drinks whey protein shakes for breakfast and lunch . She eats whatever she wants for dinner. She also stopped drinking carbonated beverages. She lost 38ibs in 2 months. She looks great!! I tried it for 2 weeks and now cringe at the thought of making a shake for breakfast. I need variety.

I fall off my diet a few times a week and I'm still losing weight. I typically walk more that day or the next day. I makes me feel better. Also, as long as I'm maintaining or losing weight, I consider it a success. I only get upset if the scale inches upward.

Samoas!!! OMG they are heavenly! My kid is girl scout so I bout 5 samosa and 3 thin mints. I'm just hoping to resist the urge to devour a whole box at a time.

This is my fifth or sixth go around with MFP. Please don't delete yourself if you fall off the wagon. Just start over when you catch yourself. I have found it helpful to make MFP friends for support. We all understand the struggles of losing weight. It's great to help each other through the rough patches and cheer each…

I totally agree. My husband is constantly trying to get me to splurge. It's not mean, he's just trying to include me. He also tells me I'm beautiful and don't need to lose weight because he wants me to feel good about myself. He does these things out of love and because he wants me to be happy. Your family may have been…

Slimfast is quick and easy. I have used it in the past and keep a few at work for days when I don't get to take my lunch break. It's also easy when you don't have time to make breakfast and are in a hurry. I don't use it daily or weekly just in a pinch but, it has always helped keep me on track.

One day a week, I cheat during lunch. This gives me more time during the afternoon to burn the calories. I increase my workout that evening, as well. I still don't burn all the calories but, it helps!

I don't "lie", i just don't record everything when I have really bad days. So If i have a 500 calorie day, I know it isn't accurate and I splurged at lunch and/or dinner.

I'm a little scared to exercise too. I have a heart condition. When my heart rate is to high, I get lightheaded, dizzy and feel faint. Once I rest for a few minutes, I am fine. Did you check your heart rate?
