Thanks to all of you for being so encouraging :)

Thank you all for your replies! I have been somewhat successful losing some of the weight I've gained in the last year but it seems like it's been very slow and I gain 3 pounds at the drop of a hat. It has been a yo-yo thing and it's very frustrating watching others drop their weight so quickly just counting calories and…

Yes! Every day! I've lost 12 pounds but I can barely see where it went. I look in the mirror and I still see things the same as they were 12 pounds ago :/

I made pasta tonight too! I got the Ronzoni Garden Delight ones and they have a full serving of veggies in them, shhh, don't tell my kids! ;)

Did you ever get your HRM working? That's the best way to log calories burned no matter what exercise you do! I love using mine even when I clean!
-
I could be wrong but maybe you are consuming too many calories or MFP is not accurate on calories burned during exercise?? Go to www.healthstatus.com and see how their calorie calculators stack up. That site if very informative and it tells you how to calculate how many calories you need each day based on your weight, age,…

I LOVE salt too! Especially around TOM!!! Sucks :/

I'm banking it on the diet/exercise stuff. Our bodies freak out when we start changing things but maybe talk to your gyno too..

You are doing everything right! Just keep going and keep up your cardio and do those pesky crunches lol! Belly fat is usually the last to go. I lost 90 and still didn't have flat belly but my issue has to be resolved with surgery because I have had 3 pregnancies and a huge weight loss. It just doesn't bounce back sometimes…

AMAZING!!! WTG!!! Can you tell us what your running routine consists of? How long do you run for? Do you eat back your calories?
-
Sounds amazing thanks!!

hello and welcome! I've been on mfp for a while now but just started to really buckle down and I've lost near 7 pounds finally! Feel free to add me! The more friends to help me stay motivated the better!
-
my goal is to get back into shape and be 145..I let myself gain over 20lbs by not working out and not eating healthy. I am finally back on track and ready to do this!
-
I'm all for muscle gain but that wasn't my case because I wasn't even exercising at the time.
-
Congrats!! You look amazing!!!

quite frankly, I'm too lazy to sit and type out everything I eat or look it up. I just add the calories up and log them. I keep my food diary private only because there's nothing for anyone to see lol...Otherwise, I do enjoy seeing what others are eating so I can get good ideas!

ME TOO!!! I used to weigh 228 lbs. I got down to 145 and worked out almost everyday. I have since gained back about 24 and it depresses me so much. I am desparetley trying to bet back to my old self with the exercise part but I am just not sure why I can't seem to do it. It is very frustrating to say the least. I "start…

Hello! Welcome and feel free to add me :) I used to be 228 and got down to 145. I have since gained 17 pounds and absolutely can't stand the sight of myself in the mirror! It has been extremely difficult to get motivated again as I was before. My appetite is HUGE and my energy is very low. I keep logging on MFP to try to…

It's excellent at detoxing! It makes me tinkle a lot lol!

Me too!!! I started two days ago too...

I couldn't agree with this more! My weight says I'm *overweight* but my Body fat % and muscle % says I'm perfectly in the normal healthy ranges! Thanks for posting!

I absolutely love Chobani 0% greek yogurt in the bluberry, peach, and strawberry flavors. Definitely not plain, YUCK!
