Feel free to add me :) I was diagnosed many years ago when I was 228 pounds and desperately trying to conceive. When nothing was working to help fertility, I gave up 'trying' and decided to get healthy by joining Weight Watcher's and I lost 90 pounds! During my journey my PCOS disappeared and I now have 3 amazing children.…

I totally log housework that isn't done on a daily basis for me. Yesterday I cleaned for 6 hours! How could I not log that? I didn't sit down once during my cleaning spree and I had to go up and down stairs several times. THAT is exercise! That burned more calories than had I gone to kickboxing for an hour.

I was diagnosed with PCOS years ago when I was trying to conceive my second child. I tried everything I could to get pregnant and that was really impossible since I was barely having periods. My doc would give me medicine to make me have a period. I was already overweight but with all the drugs I was on, I got even…

Def move to level 2.. I found that to be the case for me too. Do you exercise a lot? I do cardio kickboxing 3 days a week for an hour each so level one is not hard enough for me.

Welcome! Feel free to add me, I'm always looking for new MFP friends to help me stay motivated!

So many people eat too little calories on MFP and I was one of those for so long and felt ravishingly hungry and would derail all my efforts because of it. I was cranky and just wanted to EAT. I checked out fit2radio myself about a week ago and according to it, I was eating way to low. I increased my cals and lost over…

LMAO!!! Munchies might then be an issue;)

YUMMMYYY!!! Thanks!!!

I am the same! I LOVE beer especially during summer and grilling season! I was having a hard time losing becuase of it even if I added it into my cals. I decided I'm never going to lose this weight unless I limit myself. It's really hard but losing weight is harder while drinking beer. I really try to stick to two max and…

Feel free to add me too! I'm always wanting more support!

I LOVE my Polar FT4!!! I spent $80 and it was totally worth it!! MFP calculates too high on the calories burned for exercise. My HRM is more accurate.

Hello and welcome!!! Feel free to add me :)

Go for it!!

I second that...800 calories is too low in my opinion. I would ask a registered dietician..

I used to go months without a period and I suffered from infertility. I started eating healthy and working out. I lost 50lbs and my periods became regular, every 28 days, and BAM! I got pregnant :) its crazy how being unfit or overweight can affect your body.

It's true you can eat whatever you want BUT, WW advocates you should choose high protein that's lean, high fiber, healthy fats, lots of water, many fruits and endless veggies. It's just like counting calories. Yes, you can eat a piece of chocolate cake worth 300 cals but you SHOULD choose 300 cals of something healthier…

Great food choices!

Me!! I struggle constantly to lose 20 that I've gained! I lost 90 in the past because I was so focused and now I just can't stay there! I'm pretty sure my weekends with my friends are ruining my efforts but we have so much fun! By Monday I'm back to trying all over again :/

Excellent!!!!

The grammar/ spelling natzis just need to stfu (do you understand abreviations?) and leave the criticizing to English professors in an English class. If someone is trying to get a message across in a post/comment, I'm pretty sure a misspelled word here or there isn't preventing the reader from understanding it. If it is,…

Love this!!

^ I agree! I usually love doing kickboxing but I have an elbow injury (tennis elbow) that prevents me from doing anything with it like that :/

I'm thinking if anything, it will help me get rid of fluid retention which will be nice!

Oh I've learned healthy eating habits. I lost 90 pounds eating right and exercising. I am approaching 40 this year and my weight has gone up a bit and I just wanted to give it a boost to get over this slump of teeter tottering two pounds!
-
I highly suggest a heart rate monitor! It's the only accurate way!
-
Lol that made me chuckle! I'm just wondering if it works before I try it!
-
It's a no brainer...WALLS first :D

Thanks everyone for all your input!! I love MFP!! I'm going to check on my weekly calories, I've never actually looked at it that way. I always focus on daily calories.
