Exercising could be why but usually it's the opposite that happens...I usually *gain* about 3 pounds during this time...It sucks but it will go back down! Hang in there!

Make sure your lunches are packed with lowfat protein and high fiber...it will help..and drink a full glass of water when you feel hungry as well, maybe along with a piece of fruit! It gets easier :)

Kuddos to you for working so hard! The exercises you are doing will eventually tone and strengthen your arms. Push ups are hard because of two reasons really. One, your abs need strengthening, and two, your shoulders need strengthening. Don't give up what you are doing! It will work eventually. Keep doing the arm workouts…
