More than you think :P

dificult to say, we dont know your height or weight, nor your goal, but if you losing weight then don't cut on carbs. It will give you more energy in the gym,it's your body's fuel! :)

calorie deficit + weight training. Not that hard when you think about it. Many people lose weight by starving themselves. Which is a really bad idea, cuz most of the food consumed is stored as fat for fuel, and once you start eating more you gain more. The best way to lose weight is to gain muscle over fat, and have…

keep 20% calorie deficit on your tdee and you'll shred that fat :P

Does your chest day include only two exercises?? :D
-
Well, that's sick. 5 hours a day for a week... 33kg lost in 18months....

alright, I see. Cardio deffo helps to get rid of stress and stiffness! :) if you feel like 6 times of cardio per week are ok for you then that's fine. But considering that you run a lot that my have impact on your ankles. Make sure you invest in your running shoes, which would minimize the impact while running. But…

I am not sure how exactly are you timing your workouts, but I suggest to do strength training first and then your cardio the bigger the time gap between those the better. Also, I think you do to much cardio, unless you're preparing for a marathon or something but 3 x a week for 30min is plenty if you also do proper…

Abs are made in the kitchen! :P Make sure your nutrition is decent. Try carb cycling, that helps for some people but it also reduces your performance in the gym. As people said, do compounds, do calorie deficit -20% and do HIIT cardio 2-3 x times a week, that should deffo make your abs pop out. You may also consider…

Yeah, you can imagine how would you look with abs, and that's perfectly cool. But when someone posts something in a forum, with a ridiculous title like "obese with defined abs" then that's delusional for sure, plus it's a forum, if you don't want opinion, then keep yourself away from places like this. No offence OP, I think…
-
I have to totally agree with you! OP is far beyond defined abs, but she is going the right path, keep the good work and eventually, one day you will see them. PS. abs are the most difficult muscle group to define if you have high BF %.

Hey, You need more protein then that.(was checking your today's macros). And make sure you hit your calorie goal(don't go over it, if you're cutting). I assume you go to the gym, so if I were you, I would consume most of my carbs before and after gym, so that I would have enough fuel for my muscles. Protein afterwards.…

Yeah, gyms get really crowded at this time of the year, the good thing is that all those resolutioners will be done by the end of January, those really dedicated probably end of Feb :DD Always happens.

Hey, never starve yourself. You can achieve a good physique by eating well, and doing certain exercises. For beginners compounds are the best. Squats, deadlifts, barbell bench presses and military presses. These will help you to gain quite some muscle. With good nutrition you should start burning fat. Calculate your tdee…

precisely. Get comfy clothes. As far as you going for jog, that will keep you warm :)
-
Start at the gym! :) Then, compound exercises with heavy weights and low reps 4-6 reps for 3-4 sets. This seems to work really well for beginners who want to develop muscles :)

Hey, Interesting situation. If I were you I would calculate my tdee and I would take 20% off that, and that's what I would consume. Be precise, use food scales if necessary, there are a lot of hidden calories. But I wouldn't continue on 650cal a day, that's deffo starvation, taking in consideration that you exercise so…
