Thanks for posting this.... It reassured me after my recent panic on seeing a 3lb gain in 3 days when I knew I hadn't eaten in excess of 3500 calories for 3days. I like the way you liken it to a Credit Card....it really highlights how it really is. So I am now feeling more positive about my diet journey now.

phew......reading that was such a relief! Was away for a few days = first two days I was quite good but hey bang I had an Indian Takeaway on the Friday night & then coming home on the Saturday I had a Gourmet Burger plus chocolate & crisps. I didn't realise there were so many different Diet/Fitness support sites. It made me smile when you said it includes kissing.....especially when it has 'vigorous' I can't recall any of my sessions that included vigorous kissing....although I do love to kiss :-) I think sex is gonna have to be excluded from my exercise list.

Thanks for your suggestion. I can see your point......still think its a good exercise option to see what calories it can burn off. I just checked out that link you gave......interesting reading but disappointing not to use sex as an exercise option as it really depends on whether it can dramatically increase your heart…
