  • In FL, lovebug season, unbelievable!!! I ride every morning and every afternoon wearing a visor, and tilting my head a little lower alot of the time seems to create a lil air pocket that keeps them from going into my eyes and mouth
  • Does this benefit anything, like a cause or anything? Or is it just to motivate each other and such? I ride about 100 miles a week, but I really don;t need another distraction. MFP is already sucking part of my day. I get involved and lose hours at a time. LOL

  • I chop up all the veggies and such to make smoothies on Sunday. then each morning I put my 2 eggs in the microwave for 1 min 14 sec. While they cook, I blend the bag of veggies. Breakfast done in 2 minutes.
  • you are already running 5K. I would register for a 10K in June, and pick up on a 10K training plan. Then don't run further than 5.5 miles prior to your event.
