If your cheat meal is healthy?

Is it really cheating? I am finishing my logs early in order to feel accomplished. I think that this is giving me a stretch of time that is empty so I noticed I end up caving. Today it was Turkey Bacon and egg whites. I mostly ate salad and hot sauce today.. I also want to add I want to be HOT not like even a little fat.. So should I cut out the extra meal or?

    It's calorie count that matters. Did your 'cheat meal' take you over your deficit? Over TDEE?

    Look at your weekly calorie intake - if you're still in a calorie deficit then you'll lose weight.

    It was technically in my calorie goal of 1500 per day. I just wonder if that will be enough of a deficit. So I am only on day two so I can just keep logging for the week and see if what I'm doings enough. Thx:)

    For me cheating means going over my calorie goal. It could be from 'healthy' or high calorie foods... doesn't matter. Same result.

    If the 'cheat meal' was within your calorie allowance, I'm not getting how it was even a cheat.

    Seems like a reasonably healthy meal to me. I wouldn't worry about it, just stay within your calorie limits and you'll be grand!

    LOL right! A cheat meal for me is pulled pork at a bar washed down with a few pints of beer, and a double whiskey!

    Seriously I don't want to sound condescending but the whole way you phrased your question sounds like you need to do some more reading up on nutrition and physiology in general.
