If your cheat meal is healthy?

Is it really cheating? I am finishing my logs early in order to feel accomplished. I think that this is giving me a stretch of time that is empty so I noticed I end up caving. Today it was Turkey Bacon and egg whites. I mostly ate salad and hot sauce today.. I also want to add I want to be HOT not like even a little fat.. So should I cut out the extra meal or?

It's calorie count that matters. Did your 'cheat meal' take you over your deficit? Over TDEE?
Look at your weekly calorie intake - if you're still in a calorie deficit then you'll lose weight.0 -
It was technically in my calorie goal of 1500 per day. I just wonder if that will be enough of a deficit. For me cheating means going over my calorie goal. It could be from 'healthy' or high calorie foods... doesn't matter. Same result.0

Seems like a reasonably healthy meal to me. I wouldn't worry about it, just stay within your calorie limits and you'll be grand!0
