I have just added lifting to my routine. I do not plan to add calories for that. With acardio burn on average of nearly 700 per day on average, I get plenty of food to eat. Once my lifting gets more intense as I progress, I plan to have a protein shake after my workouts (about 300 cals) and just call it even. I won't log…

Honey and water If I am going over 90 minutes, I start taking squirts of honey, chased with warter, on the 20's. Ie: @ 20 min, 40 min, 60 min, 20 min etc.

if you buy them already frozen you can get 3 times as many for the same price ;) make sure and check the ingredients and get the ones that say ingredients :blueberries and that's all

when you log your snacks, add them to the breakfast lunch and dinner sections, then your snack calories will go down haha :) personally I save a nice pile of calories for the evening. I can hande hunger during the day when I can distract myself

for me, an afternoon can of sardines (which I am eating right now) goes a long way. I work to save calories for the evenings so I can have a good dinner and desert = best sleep for me! do your hungry hours when you can distract yourself Come up with an overall daily plan that will work for you looooooong term good luck

You only have to wear it for your workouts a few times, every once in a while. You'll get the jist of what your burns are. get thru it don't give up sweat daily

Do the lifting first. Probably won't make a difference for your DOMS, but is sure safr for your muscles. Triring them out in a run, and then loading them with weight is not good for the connective tissues and such. They fill up wtih fluids and acids, roll it out with a foam roller = this will help with the DOMs.

Or drinking you A&& off. I think many of these posts re disquises for drinkers. SO- if you are drinking your calories, it's really hard to keep an honest measure of cals in vs out just my .02
