8/8 for me I prolly drop a few more pounds, but nothing major. I've also stopped all heavy drinking days until then (Iincluding the 4th of July) so I can be all shiney and happy when we go to St Lucia. Gettign married at a Sandals.

hmmmmm interesting, HR drift. But I settle in at about 155-165 when running. It's just nearly impossible for me to stay below 150 after about 45 minutes. which is fine, because I am endurance training. I have not had a rest day in a very long time. For what? I ride, run, lift, play or something every day. Many times 2-3 times a day. Sweat Daily! I doubt the cavemen, running for their lives everyday, took a day off. They'd have gotten eaten!

Vanity does not motivate me at all. I do what I do, so I can "do stuff!" Join a team of some sort, like volleyball or softball. Register for a running event, or a cycling event, or something.
