If you haven't tried it, get some okra! I absolutely love it (boiled, not the fried junk). It's kind of gooey sometimes but I think it's so delicious, and it's low calorie

Plain chicken! It seems like so many people insist on cooking chicken in oils or putting on heavy sauces, but I like it just cooked in a skillet with non-stick spray! Also I think mustard makes a sandwich taste way better than mayo (which I find totally gross, always have)

Every day! And honestly it's worked for me fine, as long as I stick to my calorie goals. However, a treat for me might be a bana with peanutbutter and a little bit of lite cool whip so it's not a huge treat ro really bad for me. I also have Skinny Cow ice cream a lot, and that's never over 150 cal (the ones I get)

Tonight for dinner I had 1/3 cup egg whites, cooked on a skillet. Then I put about 1/4 cup of black beans mashed up with some spicy chili garlic paste and 1/4 cup of low fat mozzarella on top and folded it over - it was delicious!

Well Quinoa is a good side item, and it has more protein than rice, pasta, etc. You could also go for some fruit, or make a different kind of vegetable and prepare it differently (like sauteed zucchini or spicy okra)

I would log it as the next day so you are able to budget it into your calorie intake. Unless you have enough leftover kcals each day to fit it in, you should log it in for the next day so you don't end up putting yourself into the red for each day, but forgetting about it since you're on the next day of logging.
