I was watching my sugar, but I eat a lot of fruit, so that was skewing it (in my opinion). The fact is that I still have a big deficit (though I *really* was trying to limit it - before my deficits had to have been 600+ daily), so it seems that I should either see the tape measure change or the scale - I'm seeing neither. it could also be faulty reasoning on my part... :) Thanks!
