  • A really gentle but effective way of relieving TMI is to take 1-2 tsps of Epson salt (pure not scented). It pulls water into the intestines. If it doesn’t work after 6 hours do it again. It will create a gentle but irresistible urge so don’t stray too far from a toilet!
