Blue-ish nail beds after running
Whenever I got for a long run, my nail beds turn blue, especially at the bottom. I am not running fast. I am able to breath and talk. I am nor clenching my fists while running. My hands don't go numb. They go back to normal within an hour or so. Is this something I should worry about.

Not hungry?!
So I have been doing this for over 2 weeks, tracking, measuring & starving. I ran yesterday & today, so I have all these extra calories that I didn't have last week because I had a cold.
