My goals for this month are
1. Get back to exercise
2. Increase veggies & water
3. Follow a low calorie diet until the cruise on the 15th.

    My goals for this month:
    1. Walk/Run at least one mile each day
    2. Eat more veggies and fruit

    My goals for January are:
    1. Tracking my food each day.
    2. Committing to exercise weekly, scheduling it on my calendar, getting it done!
    3. Meditation and/or yoga daily.
