October goals

Here we are, another month gone! This is the month of ghost & goblins and those tiny chocolate bars that have no calories on Halloween night
My goals are:
1. Lose those damn 10lbs!
2. Exercise 30 minutes every day. Even if it is an easy 30 minute walk on a needed rest day.
3. Track EVERY day, EVERYthing that I eat! Even weekends!
I will be away for 3 days at the end of October for our anniversary, so my month will end on October 27. We are taking a much needed "no kid" vacation. We have not ever been away without our kids, except for business (once). Hopefully the weather will hold up as we plan to bike between wineries in the Niagara Region.

Oh no - I wasn't even thinking of all that Halloween candy!!! EEEKKKK. Lisa, the bike rides sound beautiful!
I made my miles goal for the month of September and that felt great. Going to keep that as a goal during the winter months. For October:
1. Get 50 miles in
2. Work out at least 5 times a week
3. Break the habit of same foods0 -
Hi Ladies,
Please gimme hell if I don't do this!!
1. STOP SNACKING AFTER SUPPER (that is the biggie)
2. walk every lunch until snow flies then staff gym
3. workout every day.
4. 20 lbs by monthend.
Optimistic I know but I gotta be in a swimsuit in December.0 -

You got it!
I always have tea after dinner; gives me something so I don't feel so empty handed. But if you must snack after dinner, have carrots up in fridge or baked chicken that you can snack on. Not bad options0 -
My goals are:
1. Run/walk four days a week (had this as a September goal and actually did it!)
2. Strength training two days a week
3. Plan meals
I'm also going to try really hard to stay away from that no calorie candy!!0 -
Goals for October:
1) Stick to a paleo diet.
2) Eliminate almonds for the rest of the month.
3) Take a yoga class at least once a week now that I remember how good it feels.0 -
How's everyone doing on their goals? So far I'm on target to complete all, but can't skip any walk/runs or I won't make the 50 miles.
Hope you're all doing great!!!0 -
