Blue-ish nail beds after running

Whenever I got for a long run, my nail beds turn blue, especially at the bottom. I am not running fast. I am able to breath and talk. I am nor clenching my fists while running. My hands don't go numb. They go back to normal within an hour or so. Is this something I should worry about.

Blue nail beds are typically evidence of "cyanosis" which is low oxygen tension in peripheral tissues. This can be due to poor circulation, cold exposure, and a bunch of other conditions. If it happens again or doesn't go away definitely get in to see your doc and make sure its not something serious.0

Thanks. I need to be more mindful if it happens after short runs too. It gioes away fairly quickly, but I guess this will probably be the reason I head to the docs for a physical this year.0
