46 here--Started with MFP last year and lost 30 lbs! Got lazy after I hit my goal and gradually gained 10 lbs back so here I am again. Not good with computers but will try to "friend" you!

I love my Zumba classes! I started last February and they have really helped me lose weight and I have so much fun. I've been researching the Zumba Wii--I'm going to get that for when I can't get to class. You can set it for a 20, 40 or 60 minute workout and it does teach you the moves and lets you know when you're doing…

I absolutely LOVE my zumba class! You can control how hard you want to push and it's tons of fun! I've gotten much more tone and have lost 15 pounds! Not just due to zumba, but it really helps. The people are great, the music is exciting and you just let it all hang out! You don't even notice the hour go by.

I just made this and it was AMAZING! Thanks so much for the recipe! We like spicy so I added diced green chiles and threw in some carrots I had--it was awesome! Even my kids loved it! Thanks again!

I LOVE Zumba! It's so much fun you don't even look at your watch and the hour flies by! You can go as hard or as easy as you feel comfortable with, so calories burned depends on you. Try it out!

You sound like my husband. If he doesn't eat every 2-3 hours he feels terrible and gets grumpy. He has a very high metabolism and low blood sugar. He's got to eat dense, healthy snacks often to get through the day. Everyone is different and you're eating the right way for your body! Good for you!

Don't be fooled ny the popcorn--it's popped in oil and is VERY high in calories! I was really disappointed to find that out.

I started by doing 20 minutes of stepping while I watched tv in the morning. It went so fast I went up to 30 minutes.
