I totally understand. I think, first, give yourself credit for what you have accomplished... You lost over 100 pounds. That is awesome. So, you gained back 15, not a big deal. Now you should focus on just being healthy, once you get into that healthy place where you aren't punishing yourself by not eating and not binging…

I usually eat 1/2 an avocado a day. Sure, it is a lot of calories, but they are packed with nutrients, and make my salads kick a#$.

simple question (I hope): When you measure your waist, I read that you measure at the narrowest part, which for me is probably about 3" above my belly button and it just seems wrong. So could you verify that it is correct (or not)? Thanks.

Rather than eliminating 500 calories from your day tomorrow, how about you cut out 150 today, 150 tomorrow, and then 200 Saturday. divide and conquer
