I like it, it's helpful but NO !!! With one reason being that the app constantly messes up especially when you try to scan foods. I could write it down Faster than it takes this thing to record it. Too many other problems ! I guess that's why the app is constantly crashing!

As I have lost weight mfp has dropped my calories. I had it set where I was losing 2 lbs per week. After the last loss they brought my calories down too low for me so I went ahead and changed my settings to lose 1-1/2 lbs per week and it brought the calories back up !!

The cholesterol scare in eggs was from years ago and has been disproved as far as them being bad for you. As long as you can fit them into your calories for the day, enjoy them ! Each day is different.. One day I might have oatmeal with dried blueberries or bananas along with a serving of cottage cheese.. Other days I'll have 3 large eggs, 3 to 4 oz. ham steak and some toast. Always with a cup of coffee !!
