I have found out that if you ask the server, sometimes they have a nutritional values listing that they can show you. If not do your best to break it down and search for each item separately ! Good luck !

Depends on their size. One bag I bought they were all skinny another bag they were fat. I buy the peeled ones in the bag and because of this I Just Weigh Them Out !! Love my scale :)..

Yep the easiest way is to way them ! And with the awesome scales they have these days it pretty easy to weigh just about everything !

I work nights too.. Canned chicken, its low calorie, high protein and filling.. Fruits like apples etc and veggies too.
