All this time I have been afraid that being overweight put me at risk for diabetes, heart disease and high blood pressure (which run in my family along with weight issues) I never had any problems when I was stick thin except slightly elevated cholesterol on and off which is also genetic. I have all the good genes!

That's true. we don't have it often so we haven't perfected it yet. All we have tried so far are different brands of seasoned breadcrumbs.
