Started yesterday, hard to lay off the carbs but hopefully it gets easier over time

One day I went to the dr for a physical, he said everything was perfectly fine but when I hit the scale it made me say nope nope nope 334lbs no tank you. Even though nobody told me hey lose weight, specially my very unsupportive ex. I just started running everyday and I'm up to 112lbs lost

If bread is important to you, ration it and buy wheat bread instead. It's slow digesting and keeps you fuller longer.

Buy a mini fridge, prepare your meals for the week in one day, store them in containers, you won't need that much room to store the food this way

It says I'm 30lbs over weight and obese :( lol I'm gonna have to go get my body fat percentage checked I guess
