I shouldn't have included tuna in the "a lot" section. I was on a roll in my typing :-) I probably eat 2-4 cans per month. Only recently added fish back to the diet after being strictly vegetarian.

I'm a pescetarian and don't miss meat at all! We eat a lot of : eggs, quinoa, beans, brown rice, fruits/veggies, canned tuna. Veggie lasagnas are easy to make in bulk (you can even sub zuchinni ribbons as pasta and save a ton of calories!), as well as soups. Black bean/rice burgers are cheap, fast, and easy - not to…

If you're eating less than half of that - I don't think you'll last long. You have to eat enough to function. If your body thinks you are starving, it will hang on to every calorie it gets!
