Yes you can do both. If you walk your dog twice daily, you can do maybe 3 exercises with low weights and high reps (i.e. 5-10lbs bicep curls, 12-15 count x3; for toning). Don't forget that weighted workouts don't always have to be with actual weights. You can use your body weight as well to do exercises like squats, dips…

I find that greek yogurt gives a decent amount of protein and I don't believe it has much fat in it...(don't quote me on that) but you can also try mixing that with a variety of nuts and there are some granola mixes that have a high count of protein. Hope that helps!:smile:
