I couldn't praise C25K enough. It got me from someone who could barely run to catch a bus without losing breath to running a 10K. Yes absolutely. I stick to the calorie deficit MFP has set for me - I don't feel any reason to increase that, so I pretty much always eat back my exercise calories. Plus I loves me my food!
