bump! saving this for later. Thanks!

I usually buy either the straightleg or bootcut jeans. Skinny jeans don't work for me.

Hello! I'm 46 and my diary is open to my friends. I'm in the US but I try to eat healthy and not eat a lot of processed food. Add me if you wish.

Monistat Chafing Relief Powder Gel Skin Protectant. It's made for the thigh/bikini area and is pretty cheap. It also works great as a makeup primer for powder foundations.

The Jawbone can only be used with an iphone. I have the Fitbit One but I bought it before the Vivofit came out. If I was looking to buy one now, I would definitely check that out.

I really don't have anything to add here. I've been a B cup no matter what weight I've been. But, I find it hilarious that two of the most insightful posts about boobs have been from men. They must spend a lot of time thinking about them.

I'm still trying to get to that point! I'm going to keep trying though. :) But, I agree with posters above. There is no one best exercise but rather do what you enjoy and what you can do consistently.

Easy. Get in your car and drive to the gym. Working out is something I look forward to. I go each night and it helps me to relax.

I usually don't snack at night but if I am really hungry, I will have a bowl of oatmeal with raisins or a slice of low fat cheese

You can add me if you'd like.

I've been wondering this myself. I've just been letting Fitbit determine my exercise calories but I wonder if that's an underestimate?

Will do. Thanks for taking the time to review my logging. But, if you don't know what ham and beans are, you are missing some good Pennsylvania Dutch food! I'll have to figure out a better way of logging it though. I do most of my own cooking at home. Thanks!

Ok, thanks for the input everyone. I am using a scale but it's not a digital one. I am waiting for my new scale to get here that I ordered from Amazon. But, yes, I can be more diligent with the measuring and see if that works.

Hey, I want to be cool! Just stopping by to say hello. Now, off to the gym.
-
What a difference! Great job! And you are very pretty.
-
ok, thanks for the info! I think I am going to boost my calorie target up a bit and see if that helps.
-
I opened my diary. Sorry, I forgot to check my settings before posting this. And no, no medical conditions. Thanks!
-
Thanks! I will try 1500 and see how that goes.

I am weighing and measuring but using an old scale. I ordered a new one and am waiting for in to get here. I overdid it on the Arc machine and my muscles are a bit sore so maybe it's some water retention as you said. Let's hope so!

Good for you!! :drinker: It's always a good feeling when hard work is paying off. Keep it up!

When I have an abundance of tomatoes, I cut the cores out of them and freeze like that. Then I have them all year round for tomato soup and tomato sauce. Forgot to mention...when I need them, I just take them out of the freezer and run under warm water. The skins come right off.

Thank you both!

I take the GNC Women's for Energy and Metabolism. I buy them at Sam's Club. I don't think they've helped with weight loss but on days I forget to take them, I seem to have less energy.

dip my toast in them

Can we all fit on this boat? Seems to be a lot of us.

I belonged to one of those gyms that had the pool and the classes, etc. I loved it. Then I moved and went to the same gym but a different location. Not sure why, but that gym just wasn't the same. I kept paying but never used it. A couple weeks ago, I dropped that gym and joined a new one further from my house. It does not…

I started at teh beginning of this week. Can I ask, what are you setting your treadmill at, if you are using one? I'm using 4.8 for the speed but that's more of a slow jog. I may try boosting it to 5 but if I go too fast, I run out of breath too fast
