If you could get out and walk 45 minutes to an hour each day, it would do a lot of good.

Supplements are a good thing to take. You cannot get all your nutrients out of food alone. I know it makes a difference in how I feel and others I have talked to feel the same way. I'm barely able to keep the calories above 1200 gross most days. When I have an intense workout, like I had today and I burned over 1500 calories, I'll be lucky to get it to zero net. I typically haven't worried about it.
