With dedication, there is no goal too small or too big. I pray and hope you will be a beautiful bride, happy and confident, and secure in whatever size dress you end up wearing. I know for myself, having started and stopped, made excuses and had serious motivation, it's a rocky road, but sounds like you are on a good leg…

Wowzers! How did you get from January to May. I mean, that is a serious transformation! Definitely don't look like the same person, but I bet you feel like YOU now more than ever?! Congratulations

Wow, your pictures make me happy and give me hope! I think my tracker reads 84 lbs, and my goal is 160. I'm going to add you, I could use the inspiration as a newbie on MFP, and a newbie to serious focus with a serious sweet tooth. You did great, and may the rest of your journey be successful! Thanks for posting, Lacey,…

You definitely have a wealth of good advice/encouragement already, but let me reiterate. If you have a problem with drinking, then you know the obvious solution is to run from it and never look back. I can support that decision, as most of your friends/family/whomever would. I enjoy drinking, but I have come a long way to…

I just opened up my FT4 today, and tried it out with one minute's worth of running. As everyone answered all the questions you will come to love it if/when you order it. I got my really good priced (plus cheaper than the sale price) on drugstore.com. I like it, however, I want to know how ppl typically enter the results on…

Sounds good. Wanna try and see if it tastes good too!

This was my question exactly. I realize since I've been eating better and actual meals that I hit it hard in the afternoon before it's time to get off. I put greek yogurt on my list, almonds, and string cheese, which I love and doesn't make me feel like it's a snack, but a meal. Peanut butter and celery seem to be a…

Yeah, I think I will just use it for the time it factored for me to do the video, but just manual my calories based on walking at a brisk pace. I was definitely not doing a slow pace, based on my heart rate. I shut off the auto pause, and actually, this time it didn't stop at all like before. Thanks

if you look at the USDA activity tracker, it has an activity for this. If you're doing it as your workout walk, it would at least count as warmup/cooldown. If not, it at least counts as walking-slow, or whatever pace you are using, from the MFP calorie tracker. Moving is moving, it all counts.

CONGRATULATIONS! Your words and your story are so inspiring. This part really will resonate with me as I travel along the path to a healthier lifestyle. "These past 400 days I have changed from the inside out. This transition is a celebration of my graduation into a new life, a new era. I’ve learned so many lessons about…

Looking at your avatar, it says it right there...what you WORK for. It's not easy, that's why it's work. It's not an automatic thing, that's why it's WORK. I hear you say all or nothing, but really, with weight loss, it's not like that. You have to get to the point where you are sick and tired of going down the same path,…

I would Keep Cheese. I mean, bacon is overrated!

I would just add in your caloric content and the stats from your machine. They do need to get it in here though. I just met a WBV machine today for the first time and was amazed. Definitely something I think I can incorporate into my new lifestyle.
