I used a workout DVD, and am now inputting it on my exercise log. Of course I also use Endomondo, and it calculated for me, but because there was no distance, it didn't factor in that I'd walked one mile or my mph. Just a thought on Emotional Eating
If food becomes the adversary, then every meal will be a struggle. Get support. Get rid of temptation. If you are going to enjoy a particular tempting food, allow yourself to eat the correct portion of it, but do so MINDFULLY. If you go to war with food, you are the only one who will lose.
