Good For you! I love the C25K program. I graduated back in October 2011. I did the program outdoors, some on the sidewalks, some on local trails. I just couldn't make myself do the treadmill. It is quite yummy! my kids even like it and it's simple enough that they can make their own. We sprinkle just a tad of Powdered Sugar on top. But yes, mine came to 106 calories. Devils Food and Angel Food!

That's correct. And stick to the program. Don't do more just because you re feeling it. It's meant to be slow and steady to increase your stamina without injury. Slow and steady. You should run slow enough that you can still talk in complete sentences without breaking up to breathe. Its not about speed. Its about moving. You can do it, slowly.
