Please eat more than 1400 calories a day. Men should not be lower than 1800 calories. Once I realized I was not eating enough, I upped my calories and started working out is when the weight started to come off. I am now at 2100 calories and still losing.

Looks like you are hitting your calorie goals, which is awesome. Have you tried a pre-workout drink, like C4 of I do like beachbodys Energy and Endurance. You can do this!!! What really helps me is to turn up the music, put on my work out clothes and just go!!

Hey there Sir! Congrats on your weight loss!! However, you are not eating enough food. Most men should be eating around 1800 but never below 1600. Up your calories to get your strength back. Send me a message if you want to talk some more.
