Desk Job Weigh Gain

Hello,

I just recently graduated with my bachelors degree and about 3 months ago started working full time in an office. Since I've started this job I have already gained a few pounds! I'm trying to get back on the bandwagon and start loosing weight again and I really need some help!!

I work M-F 11am - 8pm so I'm at work for both lunch and dinner. Any suggestions for good meals and/or snacks that I could start bringing (I am on a budget)! Also any tips for staying active while at work? I do go for walks during my break and lunch but that really just doesn't seem like enough!
