Good question. I would like to know that too. I just joined a gym and was all fired to do heavy lifting. Alll they gave me in my complimentary PTO consult was lifting my own weight. Boring. ....

I can relate......I have "tomorrow" syndrome. I KNOW what I have to do....I just don't do it and I'm always thinking TOMORROW will be the thing I need. I have so much free time to walk or exercise, but I just sit on the couch thinking about what I KNOW I have to do to be successful, and that I'll have tomorrow to do it. So…

Just make through because you have made so much progress!!!! Perhaps you have hit a plateau, but this is common. Concentrate on maintaining till you figure it out, but don't get too discouraged. You have come so far!!!

Yes, I thought even baby steps would include some type of weight or weight prep (bars etc.)

Luckily the PT session was "free". Also it is a month to month so I can leave also without a contract. When I was shown the place (by the receptionist) I thought the weight area was adequate, but realize now....it was empty. hmmmm....... I totally forgot about the YMCA as someone mentioned. That sounds like an alternative…
