And I'll menition aswell that me and my buddy are planning for Mexico in 2 months, so I pretty mucch want to get as flat as stomach as possible in 2 months which I can't really see happening but any work outs recommend I will gladly look at just need a kick in the *kitten* to get started.

Well currently I'm on the keto diet aswell, shoukd of menitioned that before hand, its the only diet that I have been able to loose weight on, and the only one I've actually stuck with. Thank you all for the suggestions this community is so helpful

Well here goes nothing im going to try to batter some fish with coconut flour! going to try to follow the recipe on the momma stuff blog, 1/2 cup white rice flour 1/4 cup cornstarch 1.5 tsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt Fish its turning out really crumbly any ideas why?
