Just keep doing it everyday and it will get easier. Log your weight, no matter the increase or decrease. Doing it everyday will help keep your mind focused on the bigger picture. Some days you will do great, others you will not. It's what you do in the day between that will matter most.

Fit and Active Protein Bar. I buy them at Aldi and I love them. I usually have one a day to help with cravings and my sweet tooth. 180 calories, 10g of protein, and several flavors. Super cheap too. I prefer the chocolate chip version myself, but the peanut butter one is good too.
