My natural color is golden/dirty blonde. I used to always keep it light blonde just loved the color. I like to add fun colors in like pinks,purple,black, red,teal here and there. But lately the easiest and most healthy for my locks is leaving it alone. So that is what I am doing weight loss or no weight loss.

I do agree with you, I guess I shouldn't just say weight loss goals only. I go by visuals more than anything. I really don't weigh myself often. I noticed two inches on each of my arms after five weeks and around my stomach and thighs one inch.

Not that long only about 5 weeks consistently and on the low end of 2-4x weekly.

Calorie wise? Around 1,300 on days I'm not working out and 1,500 on days I am.

Thanks and yeah I usually work out before I go because it gives me energy after. but for some reason also beforehand I feel exhausted to the point of not being very alert.. I'm trying to eat a few more calories before going into the gym to see if that helps

Welcome! I am in the same situation got about 50 lbs I definitely want to lose and those cravings are the worst! My sore spot though is bread and lots of it.

Okay thank you! maybe I should try three sets of 8? No I am not eating any extra to build muscle. I've just heard ( obviously from uninformed individuals) that I could get bulky while trying to lift to lose weight they said mainly to be careful with my abs. Stronglifts should I google that?

Thank you for the insight and advice, I do appreciate it! I am not sure a vegan lifestyle is for me though. Sadly I do not think I'd be able to stick with that in the long run. :/ I am hoping to use different aspects from others and create what works for me. :)
