The next time my thighs rub together after my run, I'll think of this and smile.

I'm interested!

Nope, me too. The funny thing is, I probably would've guessed the same body size when I was 40 lbs heavier. I always thought I carried my weight very well... until I saw my self from all angles in a gym class with mirrored walls. Yikes!

You had me at chocolate chip cinnamon roll cookies.

I have a somewhat similar situation myself, and I actually pay my mom to live in my house because she helps take care of the kids, thus saving me childcare expenses and the hassle of transporting them to and from a sitter or center. I'm not financially well off by a long shot, but I think it's wrong to charge rent from the…

I hear if you walk into the weight room at the gym, you instantly start bulking up. After five minutes or so, you should look like She-Hulk.

When I was lifting heavy, I was 5 pounds heavier and looked leaner than ever. Walk away from the Barbie weights, load up the bar, and work your way to a sexy, feminine body. You're NOT going to bulk up, trust me.

Wow, I figured that one out in less than a minute. That probably doesn't say much for the way my mind works, does it? Eww!

I got really excited when I saw this post title, too.

Congratulations! That's fantastic progress for only six weeks!

Omg, I don't whether to puke or laugh. I just may do both at the same time.

Thank you, both for the compliment and the laugh!

I'm 5' 0" and when I was lifting heavy on a regular basis, I set my calories at 1845 plus exercise calories and was able to maintain my weight just fine. (MFP set me somewhere around 1400.) I felt so much better than when I was practically starving myself trying to maintain an unrealistic goal. Try 200 and see how it…

I can relate, I'm not quite 5' tall. My "normal" weight was 110 lbs, but I ballooned up to 150. Now I hover between 110 and 115 depending on my level of exercise. I'll send you a friend request..

Really? Even I can't help but stare at some of the ladies at the gym. Short of blindfolding himself, that's not a realistic option.

Oh how I wish I wasn't at work right now. I've got tears rolling down my cheeks from trying to supress my laughter.

I prefer the feel of a composite track, but I get bored running laps. Usually I stick to running on the streets of my neighborhood. I used to run on the sidewalk, but ended up at the podiatry office with a near stress fracture in my foot. The doctor told me there's a big difference between concrete and asphalt, and that…

Steven Tyler, Dr. Drew Pinsky, Liam Neeson, Nicolas Cage... can you tell I have a thing for older guys?

Can't go wrong with the Ravens! Don't fight it, just come to the dark side... we have crabcakes.

So true!!! I'm 4'11" and maintain 112 pounds at 1845 a day, and I eat back my exercise calories..
