My struggle right now is getting it back together ... I had a rough week and went back to old habits. I really enjoyed the food! All deep fried, all the alcohol I want ... I still logged everything but I need to get back at it. I really like the progress more ... So hopefully I figure it out soon

I count is as water because all I add is 2 packets of Splenda ... I also drink 64 ouces of water besides the tea ... I would still push yourself to drink more water beyond the tea. It never hurts

I agree! When I changed from cheat DAYS to A cheat MEAL I saw a change ... when I skip the cheat meal for the week I see a change. I have to do some cardio with my weights ... that is just me. Add a little in there. Some interval training even walking will get work.
