I love DailyBurn. I started recently after moving and not liking the gyms I've been to. My fiance and I use it at the same time. I agree it is a great workout but I don't feel intimidated or overwhelmed by it. In addition, the videos I have done are short that way I can fit them into my hectic schedule

bump ... I squat a LOT ... and HEAVY ... That has worked for me. Anything lower body gets the job done. I walk at an incline on the tredmil. I don't have any DVDs or anything. I am always down to try new things ...

I read something a while ago that said our bodies are not like computers ... just becuase we put in the same input (exercise and food) doesnt mean it will give us the same output everytime (weight loss). You do look very young! I would say 24 or 25. I have to say I have also had the reverse effect. People generally always think I am younger ... since losing weight I have some serious bags under my eyes that I have never had. I can't seem to get rid of them and they have just started.
