Can I make up gym time?

Work and holiday parties are getting in everyone's way. Or perhaps it's just me. By I pose the question to my MPF community:
If I "fall of the wagon" for two days (Wed-Thurs) without going to the gym and going over my calorie allowance by 2200 calories both days, can I make it up by going to the gym twice a day on the two following days (Fri-Sat)?

That, or don't worry about it and resume your program as normal. Missing a day or two never killed anybody0

That may be true, but I don't have your lats to be able to take days off.0

i just move on with the regularly scheduled program as quickly as possible. I don't have time to make up time. lol I don't have a minute to spare until.. well.. probably next year sometime.. it's called life.. it's more important then gym time or *diets*0

I rarely put parties before work outs.
Workouts first- parties second.
missing a day or two won't kill you BUT you could always get up earlier- or do a body weight workout- or just go for a walk.0 -
