  • Need advice.. Have done T25 alpha and some weeks of beta before. Starting back into it now with 21 day fix (finished Day 13 this morning). Not sure where to go next. Opinions? I have BOD. Nothing too intense unless there is a modifier as I have knee issues (I can't do surrender's at all).
  • create your own exercise and enter HR, cal burned, etc yourself. That's the only way I could figure it out. I now start my fitbit in exercise mode and then let fitbit transfer it to MFP. Close enough for accuracy.

  • I noticed that core speed is an extra workout that is not included. Is it worth getting? If so, where does it go in the Beta schedule?
  • I dreaded total body circuit. I did what I could and just kept moving. I followed Tonia as much as possible. I do have arthritic knees, so I did as many lunges as I could and then went to squat's instead when I couldn't do anymore.
  • wear a heart rate monitor and make your own exercise. I named mine alpha-tbc (total body circuit); alpha - cardio, etc. then I look at my hrm to see how many calories I burned for that time period.

  • No, I'm on W4 of Alpha. I am finally getting my knees up to my waist, but lunges are still painful.
  • I have arthritis and had tears in both knees. Go to PT and find out what they allow. Stationary bike is good, but resistance etc should be approved by PT first. Me personally, I avoid lunges at all costs.
  • I honestly have issues finding a regular bra in my size without burning a hole in my pocket. I recently got professionally measured at a 32DD (thanks kids!) and I refuse to spend more than $30 for a bra. Here's a question though.. while losing weight, how often would it make sense to recheck bra sizes?
  • Alpha W2 D3 - did Total body circuit last night (had to switch speed and TBC due to remote missing). The spider obliques are the worst! I'm getting better with the cardio and speed. The lower focus kills my knees though. By 20 minutes in, I'm almost ready to just stop. I do push on though.

  • I'm not doing insanity, but I am doing T25 Alpha right now. I log it in here as aerobics, high intensity. For calories, I use a Polar HRM and use the calories burnt on that. Good luck with Insanity!

  • I use a combination of Runkeeper and Fitbit. Runkeeper is nice that it has the map feature so I can actually "see" my route back to where I parked.
