Thanks for the responses! I figure I am in pretty poor cardiovascular shape...I do get out of breath by the two minute mark...that is when I switch it down to a walk for 2 minutes...then back up again...it definitely makes to 45 m utes go by faster too! It seems to drag on and on if I'm just walking. Thanks for these…

I log it as walking. I usually vary my incline, 2 minutes at 4%, two min at 6%, 2 min back at 4%, up to 8% back to 4%...keep doing this the whole time. so I log it as "walking, 3.5 mph uphill". Is a good HRM very expensive?
