I like to go on YouTube and workout to the cardio/workout vds on there that are free. there are 1000's of full length vids, i get bored so fast that Its perfect to do those. I lost 45 lbs with just doing that for my workouts. I do alot of the taebo ones since they are like 40-50 min

Maybe from eating more food you are stretching your stomach out which would cause you to be hungry more often ?

I binge too sometimes, usually if beers involved. one thing that helps is if your wanting to inhale a bag of something slam a ton of water first. you wont feel like it anymore. or go workout, I never want to eat after working out.

lay off the wheat. my mom is thin but had a a bit of a belly she stopped eating wheat for a month and no more belly. and as for sit up, that builds muscle in your abs so it may stick out more. I know thats what it did for many woman I know.
