Think I hit a plateau last couple of weeks. Not so much of a loss. Not giving up, it'll happen, even if it's not as fast as I want it to be.

I want to do a Zip Line! In Hawaii, Cabo, Acapulco. Anywhere!!! I think that's what its called. When you wear a harness and zip from one tree to another. Can't do it if you are too heavy.

I can honestly not remember the last time I wore anything but a DD cup. I will jump for joy if and when I go down to a C cup. Hopefully my boobs won't jump with me then!!!! :bigsmile:

Think you meant to post "less than 150 calories each". If they were only 10 calories, I'd eat the whole mix in one sitting! :bigsmile: You sure the cake mix is not 180 calories per serving? How many calories did MFP calculate for you? If you were given 1200 and are eating below that, then you need to eat a MINIMUM of 1200, as close to it as possible but not too below. Good Luck. Would love to be friends so we can encourage each other! I too want to go to Billy Bobs!!!! 8-)

I would of never guessed that in the current picture you weigh 170. You don't look 170, much lighter than that. Great job and determination.

Don't give up. Stick to it. It WILL happen for you. Remember we didn't gain weight overnight, so we can't expect to loose it overnight either. Don't give up! :noway:

I have had it since April and did not notice any weight gain. I have been able to loose 23 since Jan, so weight loss is possible. Sides effects for me . . . . only cramping. Nice not having to worry about birth control for 5 years!

Wow that's AWESOME! I've lost 23 lbs and have not moved down a size yet!!! My clothes are fitting me more comfortably but still able to wear same size.

None of the pedometers work right, free ap ones, not sure about the paid ones. I downloaded a few and tried them, very disappointed with them. I ended up going to Academy and buying one for $19.99 and love the way it works and all the information it gives you. :flowerforyou:

Yes it def impacts me. I get very frustrated, but I don't think that it happens that fast? I don't believe that if you mess up one day, that you show a gain the next day. I bought the risers for the board. They give you a better workout on the step, but the system does not pick up every step up. It is great for free step. I just made the reduced sugar chocolate with diet coke in cupcakes. . . . . . not sure if I like them???? I did add some fat free cool whip to the last two bites and I liked them much better. They were however very moist. Think maybe I should try the yellow mix with sprite zero instead?

Hi! You are supposed to eat a minimum of 1200 calories. I tend to stay under also, which from what I read is not good. "Your body needs at least 1200 calories per day so not to go into starvation mode." Lots of planning and smart choices is what I've learned. Keep in Touch!
