  • Hahaha....the ad I was talking about is at the bottom of this page! :) Thanks for all your comments. I am a retired fitness instructor so I know what to eat and what NOT to eat but I just thought this was funny.
  • I enter them into MFP food diary and it does the work for you. And I measure/weigh everything. Sometimes I even put them in BEFORE I've actually eaten them....then I can delete or cut back on something if it's going to be too many calories.
  • I'm 63 and, like you, I have worked out all my life. It didn't start to get hard until about 5 years ago but I keep pluggin' away!! I used to be a fitness instructor, teaching free weights and aerobics, which I loved. I've been gradually putting on weight since about age 58. I've got about 30 pounds to lose but will be…

  • I try not to add in the calories I burn thru exercise. I just stick with eating the basic calories. For me that's not much because of my age, 63. I try to eat heart healthy and exercise 5-6 days/wk. Try to drink more water and stay away from the salt shaker. I joined this sight a long time ago but only recently got serious…
  • Looking forward to it!
