Yes! So you are burning more than you are consuming! At that rate you should lose approximately one pound per week. Remember, one pound is 3500 calories.

In your burn you need to include the calories that your body burns to survive....breath....walk...ect. It's called a BMR, Basic Metabolic Rate. For exercise I would suggest to start walking. Walking...then jogging...eventually running. Cut out sugars and try to eat clean, by that I mean fruits, veggies, and lean proteins. Chicken! Nope, never. I only record loss. Even last week I had a few high sodium days and gained a couple pounds because of water retention. I didn't record my weight that week. I waited a week, then recorded not only the couple pound drop, but an extra pound too! Give yourself a break!

Myhusband goes snacky. Apples, cantelope, rice cake chips, pickles, cheese, protien bars, yogurt, v-8 one shot of vegi cans, turkey or peanut butter sandwiches.....and sometimes uses a thermos for soup and stew.
